Hazard function for a log-normal distribution.

Returns a function that evaluates the log-normal hazard rate h(t)=f(t)/S(t) for t>0.

Arguments

A lognormal object.

...

Additional arguments (not used).

Value

A function function(t, log = FALSE) returning the hazard (or log-hazard) at t.
